Deceptive Platformer was a game developed during the 2010 Global Game Jam. In the game players control a cube with classic Mario-like controls. But everything is not what it seems and some of the platforms may cause some unexpected behavior. The player's goal is to try and reach the end of each level otherwise it is back to the start of a level.
This game was developed by a team of seven. I contributed to the art assets of the game and the design of the infamous cow block. Check out the game on the Global Game Jam site. This game also won an award for being the best game at venue (NYU Game Center).
